Our controllers are more expensive than off the shelf controllers as we buy brand new Official Microsoft Wireless controllers and then modify them professionally in house, which is a rather delicate, time-consuming process. Our controllers are then fully tested, reboxed and shipped to customers, so our premium service guarantees the best, most reliable results - guaranteed.
